PROCESS MANAGER

Key Accountabilities

·       Adhere to all MSHA regulatory and standards

·       Must have a Safety-First mindset; leading the way to safe work environment.

·       Promote and assist in maintaining a positive work culture

·       Demonstrate strong leadership qualities

·       Plan and  direct daily operations including maintenance in collaboration with the Maintenance Superintendent and Operations Superintendent

·       Ensure cost effective metal recovery from available ore

·       Provide detailed reports on variances and quality issues

·       Coordinate asset management planning, shutdowns and preventative maintenance

·       Budget all projects and monitor costs during implementation

·       Maintain cost control and mill budget

·       Coordinate performance management and reviews

·       Interview, train and supervise personnel

Requirements / Qualifications

·       Minimum 5 years experience in mill operations / maintenance

·       Surface foreman certification

·       Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred                           

·       Degree in Mining/ Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering

·       SAP Experience
